Hand forged iron products were a staple of Early American life.
Iron often associated with kettles, tools and horse shoes, was also used
to provide lighting fixtures for the early settlers.
Today, wrought iron has experienced a renaissance. No other metal
combines the primitive look of iron with the graceful lines created by a
skilled blacksmith.
Hammerworks is proud to offer you an extensive collection of wrought iron
in chandeliers and other lighting fixtures.
Every piece is hand wrought in our own forge using the tools and techniques
of the early blacksmiths. Our chief blacksmith developed and refined his
skills through years of experience at one of America's top museums.
Each craftsman is trained under his watchful eye.
